A creamy, spicy bourbon from New Riff that is made with a mash bill of non-GMO grains and is bottled-in-bond after four years in virgin American oak casks. Aromas of butterscotch and fresh oak mingle with vanilla and rye spice on the nose. The palate offers notes of sweet vanilla, cinnamon, clove, dark berries and white pepper that linger in the finish.
