Persons under 21 years old are prohibited from using RemedyLiquor.com or related services in any way. An adult 21 years or older with valid government-issued ID must be present upon delivery to sign for the package. Your products cannot be left at the door and cannot be handed to anyone underage.
Sale Of Alcoholic Beverages RemedyLiquor.com does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site, you affirm that you are at least 21 years old. RemedyLiquor.com makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site, you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from RemedyLiquor.com is over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from RemedyLiquor.com is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use, please do not use this site.
Shipping Department / Online Department:
At Remedy Liquor, customer service is our top priority. We strive to provide exceptional support to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. Our dedicated team is available during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, to assist you with any inquiries or concerns you may have regarding your order. Please be advised that your emails will be responded to within 24–48 hours during our business days. Our team does not work on weekends. Any emails received after Friday at 5:00 PM PST will be responded to on the following business day. For inquiries, please email us at info@remedyliquor.com. Your satisfaction is our commitment. Kindly note that our in-store staff do not have access to online order systems and therefore cannot assist with online orders unless it pertains to store pickup or local delivery.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your order. Please note that order fulfillment is contingent upon product availability. Remedy Liquor reserves the right to remove and/or modify orders in the event of any stock issues. In case of out-of-stock items, we may hold your order for up to 7 days (including processing time) to allow for restocking and order fulfillment. Please note that we do NOT ship to PO Box addresses or carrier hold locations. An adult over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package(s).
Although we aim to fulfill orders within 1–3 business days, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. Orders may be shipped from various locations and may be split into multiple shipments. Tracking numbers (sometimes multiple) will be provided. Please keep an eye out on in your email if multiple tracking numbers are issued. An adult over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package(s). Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Please note that due to alcohol shipment regulations, once the carrier has your package, we can no longer change the address. If a customer contacts the carrier to change the address, they assume full liability for any loss, theft, or damage. If redirected to a hold location, the customer is responsible for verifying whether that location accepts alcohol shipments. If the package is returned due to an unapproved hold location and or change of address directly with the carrier, the customer will incur the original shipping cost , return fee , and restocking fees.
Returns:
If a product is returned to Remedy Liquor, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), provided they are not damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A return fee of $15 per box will apply, and a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply at our discretion. Engraving orders, if returned, will not receive a refund. If the customer is unavailable to sign for the package and it is damaged after delivery is attempted or during its return to our facility, the customer will be held responsible. Package Protection will not cover these instances.
Claims:
If a customer disputes delivery attempts made by the carrier despite tracking confirmation, the liability falls on the carrier. We will assist by filing a claim, but outcomes are not guaranteed. If a signature is disputed, a claim will be filed with the carrier. If the carrier deems the signature valid, we cannot be held liable. Claims take approximately 14 business days to resolve. Claims follow the carrier's guidelines, and most do not assume full liability for alcohol shipments due to state laws. Approved claims may be capped at a limited dollar value. If an item is missing but unreported by the carrier, we will file claims with both the carrier and our insurance provider, though reimbursement is not guaranteed. All claims must be submitted within 5 business days. Redirecting your package to another address or hold location after shipment voids your package protection.
Wine:
Wine is highly sensitive to temperature. Remedy Liquor recommends choosing express shipping for wine orders during warm weather. We do our best to store wines in optimal conditions; however, the flavor and character of older wines may naturally evolve and cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions before placing orders.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement during business days. However, after the initial 24-hour period, cancellations may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee covers any costs incurred in preparing the order for shipment and ensuring its timely processing.
We strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to initiate the process.
Orders with engraving services cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
Engraving:
Customers are responsible for any grammatical or spelling errors submitted with their engraving order. The placement of the engraving is at the sole discretion of the engraver. Engraved items require additional processing time.
Processing Times & Shipping Options:
Expedited shipping options (e.g., Overnight) do not bypass standard order processing times. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Packaging Variation Policy:
We strive to accurately represent all products, including packaging. However, packaging and size may vary based on distributor and manufacturer changes beyond our control. Post-COVID policy changes have legalized 700ml bottle sizes in the U.S., and suppliers may change formats at any time. Although we make every effort to update product pictures and sizing as frequently as possible, packaging variations include label changes, box removals, and bottle size adjustments. To inform our customers of potential packaging variations, we include a notice on every product listing indicating that packaging may vary. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PACKAGING OR BATCH NUMBERS BASED ON IMAGES. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY FOR SPECIFIC QUESTIONS. Prices are subject to change without notice, based on distributor availability, regional regulations, and taxation.
Packaging Protection Policies:
At Remedy Liquor, we understand the importance of ensuring your purchases arrive safely and securely. That's why we offer a Protection Policy at checkout. We offer optional package protection to safeguard against loss, theft, or damage during transit after those options being confirmed with the carrier. Unless manually deselected by the customer, this protection is included. Customers opting out will receive a warning outlining the risk of unprotected shipping. If you decline protection, you accept full responsibility for your shipment. Remedy Liquor photographs and inspects each and every product at the time of receipt from distributors and again before shipping. Our packaging is carrier-certified.
In the event of damage during the receipt of your order, the Package Protection company does require pictures and proof for possible reimbursement. Claims must be submitted with photo documentation within 5 business days. Any claims submitted after 5 business days will be null and void.
1. Please be aware that damage to the box or seal caused by our protective packaging materials is NOT covered under our protection policy. Our primary intention is to ensure the safety of the bottle and its contents inside. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the packaging of a product, or if you require more information about our packing process, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We're here to assist you and address any inquiries you may have. Although consumers may consider certain products as collectible items and would prefer having them in perfect condition, please understand that damages may occur to the boxes or labels during shipping, which is beyond Remedy Liquor's control.
2. Leakage of any ceramic bottles is not covered under our protection policy. Handmade ceramic bottles may exhibit variations, which can increase the likelihood of leakage during transit. While we take precautions to minimize this risk, it's important to understand that these variations are inherent to handmade items and are not covered under our protection policy. If you have any concerns about the packaging or potential leakage of a ceramic bottle, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. We're here to address any questions or inquiries you may have regarding our packaging and protection policies.
3. In the event of leakage from bottles other than ceramic ones, please note that a full refund is not guaranteed. However, we understand the inconvenience this may cause and can offer some reimbursement for the affected items. While we take every precaution to ensure that our products are securely packaged to prevent leakage, occasional instances may occur. If you encounter leakage upon receiving your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance and also provide pictures of the leakage. Our team will work with you to address the issue and provide appropriate possible reimbursement for any affected items.
4. Insurance resolutions may take time. Like any other protection companies, please allow us 2-4 weeks for resolution. Please note, state laws differ, and not all claims are approved.
