L’Or de Jean Martell – Assemblage du Lapin is the second and latest release in Maison Martell’s highly exclusive, limited edition Zodiac series, a spectacular celebration of local culture, heritage, and the mastery of blending.

A cognac strictly numbered in release, Assemblage du Lapin is contained in the iconic L’Or de Jean Martell 1715 crystal decanter, embellished with a unique design that marks the Year of the Rabbit.

Its one-of-a-kind crystal stopper is once again produced and signed by the world-renowned Cristallerie Daum.

In his homage to Chinese New Year 2023, Cellar Master Christophe Valtaud enriches the pinnacle of the Martell range with a masterful blend that draws on vintage eaux-de-vie from previous Years of the Rabbit, each selected to subtly evoke characteristics associated with the animal.

The resulting Assemblage du Lapin is round, supple, and silky on the palate, with perfect balance and a wonderful elegance, with notes of acacia honey, chamomile and linden infusions.
