Highland Park's single casks are simply some of the finest OB single cask bottlings in all of Scotland. Released in Summer 2023, this California exclusive cask yielded only 515 bottles. Master Whisky Maker, Gordon Motion, meticulously selected Cask No. 4099 in 2003 for its outstanding quality. After maturing for nearly two decades in a first-fill sherry seasoned European oak butt, the whisky was bottled in 2022. The yield is a masterful blend of oak, ginger, nutmeg, and peat with a finish of woody spices, liquorice, and vanilla. This deep ruby-hued whisky maintains an ABV of 56.9%, presenting an unforgettable whisky experience.
