Our award-winning 28 Year Old Highland single malt is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels. A personal favourite of distillery Manager, Stewart Walker who started his career with Fettercairn just as this spirit was running from the stills, it is a tribute to our treasure trove of aged whisky. 

Nose

Pineapple and Melon give way to treacle and banana, with a hint of warm ginger and liquorice 

Taste

Citrus peel and black pepper, tempered by walnuts, vanilla, and spices. 

Finish

Coffee, apricot, and a touch of sweet balsamic
