A medley of toasted oak, barley flour, vanilla fudge, ripe pear and melon come in waves - showcasing the complexity and balance of this expression. A fresh ocean breeze and the salty tang of marine air combines with vanilla, toffee and the ceder notes of the oak, all wrapped in the soft fruits of distillation.
FINISH: Golden syrup sweetness is balanced with hints of wood spices and warm sand, providing a smooth yet complex finish. Subtle notes of nutmeg, coconut, pepper and citrus zest follow, gently settling into tropical fruit flavours of mango, pineapple and peach.
