Sensi, "Testardo" Sangiovese-Cabernet, Toscana IGT is a dry red wine made from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Harvesting takes place at the end of September. Each grape is fermented separately, after which it is mixed and placed in oak barrels for 12 months for further aging.
