Vinified in stainless steel for 28 months, the golden-colored 2019 Trockenbeerenauslese No. 2 Muscat Ottonel Zwischen den Seen opens with a clear and noble, remarkably delicate bouquet of ripe and stewed peaches, hints of smoke and milled white pepper as well as notes of candied cumquat and lemon zest. The palate is highly elegant and seamless in its texture. The fruit is intense but very delicate and settled on a saline structure that leads to a highly refined and stimulating finish. This is a super elegant and finessed TBA and one of the finest Muscat Ottonel's that I have ever tasted. 10% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022
