Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright, pale yellow with a white gold hue, very fine and abundant bubbles.
Nose: Subtle and inviting, it is focused and features delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, clear honey and frangipane.
Palate: Featuring both balance and volume, it shows great coherence with the aromatic palette found on the nose, with notes of lemon zest and white flowers. Its silky texture gives it an aerial quality, that lingers in a finely mineral finish.
Blanc de Blancs is produced in small quantities in exceptional years only and fully expresses the superb calibre of great Chardonnay from the best crus of the Côte des Blancs. After 6 years ageing in our cellars, remarkable minerality and low dosage make this an outstanding wine that can accompany a variety of flavoursome dishes including poultry and fish, or be served on its own to celebrate a special occasion.
