Born in the heart of Cava country, Provocativo is an expression of the best organically grown grapes, the latest wine making techniques and installations, and the peace and quiet of our aging cellars.

Every bottle has spent 12 months at 15oC resting in the calm of the cellar in a carefully controlled environment safe from any brusque changes in temperature or light. Every day in the cellar Provocativo gains complexity, roundness and the finest of bubbles.
